Aquastar® Air can be integrated into the Loxone® smart home system via the Loxone® Miniserver. This integration expands the application possibilities of the valve, as smart home and smart pool functions can be combined and used together:

• For counter-current system integration
• For pool lighting control or integration of pool lighting into the smart home lighting concept
• For integration and control of home and pool technology (shading, alarm, energy, music, etc.)
• For using energy-saving functions (the pool pump automatically adjusts its operation depending on the PV system’s power). A PV system is a photovoltaic system that generates electricity from sunlight. An economical (energy-saving) circulation mode is available for overflow pools (reduced pump power, periodic circulation, water level and overflow tank control), as well as additional heating options (e.g., for pool water, boiler, storage tank) in case of surplus photovoltaic energy, with the aim of maximizing the use of self-generated energy
